Meetings made in Germany The German Convention Bureau (GCB) is the central representative of interested parties, and the marketing organisation for Germany as a conference location. The GCB acts as the interface between yourself, as the organiser of conferences, congresses and incentives, and those providers who work in the German market. Founded in 1973, the German Convention Bureau is a non-profit organization sponsored by Germany's major convention cities, convention centers, hotels, professional congress organizers and tourist associations, including the German National Tourist Board, Lufthansa and the German Railways.
